- Protect your handbag in its own protective KALO dust bag. When not in use, please keep your bag stuffed with clean paper or an old clean t-shirt as this will help to retain the shape. Do not stack anything on top of your handbag.
- Store your handbag in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity.
- When attaching your straps, please ensure you apply the clips with the opening facing outward to avoid catching on the flap.
TO CLEAN BAG:
- You may clean stains and dirt from you bag using a soft damp cloth. If there is a larger stain you may use a mild detergent but always ensure you wipe dry.
- Avoid soaking in water, harsh chemicals and abrasive cloths.
- Try to protect your bag from getting wet as much as possible. If it gets wet, always allow the handbag to air dry. You should never use a hair-dryer as heat damages the material.
